Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Who we are
Tenderal ("we", "us", "the Service") is operated by the Tenderal team. Our registered contact email is info@tenderal.com. Our website is https://tenderal.com. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. What Tenderal provides
- Aggregated listings of public-sector tender, procurement, and grant notices, drawn from public feeds published by international organisations, national governments, and multilateral banks.
- Search, filter, alert, and bookmark tools to help you monitor relevant opportunities.
- Paid add-on services (Starter, Professional, VIP Advisory) offering deeper analytics, saved searches, alerts, and human advisory hours.
- Expert bidding services (tender pack preparation, document translation, advisory sessions) priced per engagement.
3. What Tenderal does not do
- We do not generate tender notices. All notices originate from third-party public sources; we cache and present them for your convenience.
- We do not guarantee that every notice is current, accurate, or complete. Always verify details on the original issuing authority's portal before bidding.
- We do not provide legal, tax, or procurement-law advice. VIP advisory sessions are commercial guidance, not legal counsel.
- We do not submit bids on your behalf unless you have a signed, written VIP engagement specifying that.
4. Account registration
To use paid features you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. One person or legal entity per account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, spider, or bulk-export the Service without a written data-licence agreement.
- Resell or redistribute Tenderal listings as your own product.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing content through any form on the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with refund pro-rated where required by our Refund Policy.
6. Subscription plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. Local taxes may apply.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@tenderal.com.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee on new paid plans).
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers; current term is always honoured at the price you paid.
7. Intellectual property
The Tenderal name, logo, design, code, and database structure are our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business use while your account is active and in good standing. Individual tender notices belong to their originating authorities and are shown under fair-use summary principles.
8. Data & privacy
See our Privacy Policy for what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. By using Tenderal you consent to that processing.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tenderal against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and/or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Historic versions are available on request.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, save where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your country of residence.
